The service

BidGovContracts is operated by LienSuite LLC (“we,” “us”). We aggregate government bid opportunities from public records — primarily SAM.gov and the Texas Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) — normalize them, summarize them in plain English, and score them for fit with your trade and location. The service gives you information to help you decide which opportunities to pursue.

No guarantee of results

We help you find and understand opportunities. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that you will win any contract, that any bid is current or accurate, or that you qualify for any opportunity. Our summaries, fit scores, and eligibility notes are informational and may contain errors or omissions. Always confirm the details — deadlines, requirements, and eligibility — against the official solicitation before you act on them.

BidGovContracts is not a law firm or a government-contracting consultant, and nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Not affiliated with any government agency

BidGovContracts is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov, the State of Texas, or any other government agency. All bid data originates from public records published by those agencies.

Founding-member offer and billing

The free tier includes a weekly email digest of new opportunities. A paid membership unlocks daily bid alerts and the full feature set.

• Founding price — the first 50 founding members pay $49/month, locked in for life for as long as the membership stays active. After the first 50 spots are filled, the price is $99/month.
• Billing— memberships are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card statement will read “LIENSUITE LLC.”
• 30-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, email us and we will refund your most recent payment.
• Cancel anytime — you can cancel whenever you like; your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

The service is for your own business use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or scrape our summaries and scored data; not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LienSuite LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, missed bids, or lost contracts — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
