Who we are

BidGovContracts is an independent service operated by LienSuite LLC (“we,” “us”). We help small businesses find and win US government contracts by aggregating public bid records, summarizing them in plain English, and scoring them for fit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government agency.

What we collect

• Your email address — required, so we can send you bid alerts.
• Your trade and state — optional, and only if you tell us, so we can match alerts to the work you actually do.
• Signup source — which page or form you signed up from, so we understand which pages are useful and improve them.
• Basic usage analytics — pages visited and general device information, collected through the analytics tools described below.

We do not ask for and do not store payment card numbers. Paid memberships are processed by Stripe, our payment provider, which handles your card details directly.

Why we collect it

The only reason we collect your information is to deliver the service: to send you relevant government bid alerts, to match those alerts to your trade and location, and to make the product better. The bid data itself comes from public records published by SAM.gov and the Texas Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) — we are the source that surfaces and explains it, not a reseller of your data.

How your email is delivered

We send email through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). Your email address is shared with Amazon SES only to deliver the messages you signed up for. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use a small number of analytics tools to understand how the site is used so we can improve it:

• PostHog — product analytics (which pages and tools people use).
• Vercel Analytics — aggregate traffic and performance data.
• Google Analytics — optional, and used, when enabled, to measure which marketing brings people to the site.

We never sell or rent your email

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal information to anyone. We share your information only with the service providers named above (Amazon SES, our analytics tools, and Stripe for payments) strictly to operate the service, and only when the law requires it.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, so you can stop alerts at any time. You can also unsubscribe here. To have your information deleted entirely, email us at hello@bidgovcontracts.com and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
