Scope
This project requires a small business contractor to supply and install a new 52-ton Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller (or equal) to replace the existing Chiller #2 serving the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Dorm 1 at Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Pollock, Louisiana. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to remove the existing system, provide a temporary chiller during the changeover, and install, program, and commission the new system within 120 calendar days of award at 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467.
