Scope
This contract requires the complete removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system at the USIBWC Presidio AOM/COOP Project House (618 E. Alpine Street, Presidio, TX 79485), a 1,896 sq ft prefabricated home. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment to evaluate existing conditions, remove and dispose of the old system, and install a new 5-ton minimum (60,000 BTU/hr), 20 SEER2-rated heat pump HVAC system—including ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and thermostat—within 45 calendar days of award.
