Scope

The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to demolish and remove 2 existing HVAC units and associated ductwork at the FAA Salt Lake City ARSR (Long Range Radar) site near Francis Peak/Morgan, UT, and install 2 new 15-ton HVAC units with controls, ductwork, electrical disconnects, LED lighting replacements, ceiling tiles, and maintenance equipment. The work also includes implementing a temporary cooling solution with a 24-hour run-in test, performing an arc flash study, testing and balancing, and training facility personnel — all without interrupting the 24/7 active operational facility.
