Scope
The contractor must remove and properly dispose of two existing HVAC units and all associated ductwork, controls, and components at the FAA Cedar City (CDC) ARSR radar site near Cedar City, UT. The contractor will then furnish and install two new 15-ton packaged air conditioning units (York DSV180C2S5VDA3A00 or 2 each Carrier Omnizone 50 XCR, or FAA-approved equal — must be American Made), along with new ductwork, electrical disconnects, LED lighting, ceiling tiles (equipment room only), a radio room wall AC unit, OAS HVAC controller, and all associated components, within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
