This project requires a contractor to replace the failed underground 3-phase primary electrical service between an existing tap box and transformer that supplies power to the mobile shooting range at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, Houston, TX. Work includes directional boring of new 4-inch PVC conduit, furnishing and installing three new medium-voltage (12.47 kV / 15-kV class) primary cables, performing all terminations, comprehensive testing and commissioning, surface restoration, and providing as-built documentation — all within 60 days after Notice to Proceed.
