Scope
This project requires replacing the roof on the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at San Luis Obispo Municipal Airport (SBP), including removal of the existing roofing system, installation of a new mechanically fastened TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane roofing system (approx. 361 sq. ft.) with insulation, vapor retarder, roof hatch guardrail kit, roof drain replacement, and grounding counterpoise relocation.
