Scope
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure and install a Chilled Water System Filtration unit and a Steam Condensate Polisher (including all associated piping, pumps, valves, controls, insulation, concrete pad, and commissioning) at VA North Texas Veteran Health System, Building 70, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216. The period of performance is 9 months and includes site preparation, welding with nondestructive testing, integration with the facility's APOGEE/DESIGO building automation system, startup/commissioning, and a one-year warranty on all labor and installed components.
