Scope
The FAA requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform janitorial services at multiple Salt Lake City, UT locations — SLC ATCT/TRACON, SLC ARTCC/CCF/NEMC offices, and SLC NCE SSC offices — in accordance with the FAA Statement of Work, Frequency Charts, and DOL Wage Determinations. The resulting Firm-Fixed-Price contract covers a 1-year base period (Jan 1 – Dec 31, 2027) plus four 1-year option periods through December 31, 2031.
