Scope
This contract requires a small business contractor to refurbish and repaint three 75-foot and one 200-foot FAA antenna towers at a site in Connecticut, including hazardous material (lead-based paint, PCBs, chromium, cadmium) abatement and containment, full surface preparation and multi-coat epoxy/polyurethane painting system per SSPC standards, structural hardware replacements, concrete sealer application, and installation of new steel platform plates. The 200-foot tower coating is an optional contract line item that may or may not be exercised based on funding.
