Scope

The contractor must remove and properly dispose of two existing HVAC units and associated ductwork, controls, and components at the FAA Cedar City (CDC) ARSR radar site near Cedar City, UT, and provide and install two new York 15-Ton Air-Cooled Self-Contained Packaged Air Conditioning Units (DSV180C2S5VDA3A00, or FAA-approved equal) along with all associated ductwork, electrical disconnects, controls, ceiling tiles, LED lighting replacements, and a radio room wall AC unit. The project also includes a 24-hour run-in test, testing and balancing, training of FAA personnel, and delivery of maintenance equipment — all within a 60-calendar-day period of performance at an active 24/7 operational FAA facility.
