Scope
The FAA requires a contractor to perform a Localizer (LOC) Platform Refurbishment at Crossville Memorial Airport-Whitson Field (CSV), 78 Earl Jones Rd, Crossville, TN 38572, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, permits, and supervision. Work includes installing additional bracing and stiffeners, removing and replacing a 2x12 deck beam, adding deck joists, repairing joist and brace splices, installing railing post L-angles and anti-split rings on cracked support poles, removing temporary plywood decking, replacing 2x6 deck boards, and repairing split outer deck joists — all to be completed within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
