Scope
This is a full-service elevator maintenance contract at two FAA facilities in Memphis, TN — the MEM Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at 2515 Winchester Road and the ZME Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) at 3229 Democrat Road — covering two traction/hydraulic elevators, one hydraulic elevator, and two stairway chairlifts. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, supervision, and equipment for preventive maintenance, inspections, tests, adjustments, emergency/unscheduled repairs, and 24-hour emergency phone monitoring, maintaining 97% elevator operational availability over a base year plus four option years (09/01/2026–08/31/2031).
