Scope
This is a construction/repair project requiring a contractor to repair Chiller #100 (and perform limited work on Chiller #200) at the Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Hilliard, FL — work includes refrigerant recovery, oil sump servicing, replacement of the variable orifice valve/actuator and sight glass, repair of burnt oil heater wiring, leak detection, system evacuation and recharge, and startup/commissioning. All work must be performed by York/Johnson Controls manufacturer-certified technicians using specialized software (York Chiller Access Manager), with the ARTCC remaining fully operational throughout.
