Scope
This project involves demolishing all existing HVAC systems at the Plaza Verde building on the Angelo State University campus in San Angelo, Texas, and replacing them with new mini-split heat pump systems, two roof-mounted outside air units, two roof-mounted exhaust fans, and all new supporting electrical infrastructure. The work also includes removal and reinstallation of the roof assembly, along with associated interior finish repairs (gypsum board ceilings, shaft walls, carpeting, painting, etc.).
