Scope
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract for recurring janitorial services at two FAA facilities in New Hampshire: the Manchester Air Traffic Control Tower (MHT ATCT) at 8 Ammon Dr., Manchester, NH and the A90 TRACON & Guard Shack at 25 Robert Milligan Parkway, Merrimack, NH. Work is to be performed per the Statement of Work and Frequency Charts for a base year beginning October 1, 2026, plus four option years through September 30, 2031.
