Scope
This is a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for HVAC air duct cleaning and decontamination services in Building 246 at Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials to clean approximately 149 linear feet of supply ductwork, decontaminate two HVAC units, clean evaporator coils, apply EPA-registered anti-microbial treatments, and restore all registers/grilles and blower assemblies — all in accordance with UFGS 23 01 30.41 and NADCA standards within 30 calendar days of award.
